Note: <\/strong>All reservations are conditional on the acceptance of the following conditions:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Staying<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 The minimum stay in most of the apartments is 2 nights, except for some exceptions.\u00a0
\u2022 In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Exceptions to confirm with the agency.
\u2022 Discounts for stays longer than 10 days in some apartments:<\/span> Contact the agency.<\/p>\r\n

Reservation\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or in our offices.
\u2022 At the moment AIC informs of the availability, the apartment will be reserved when you would paid 40% of the amount of rent and when AIC receives such amount.
\u2022 Payment of the reservation will be made by credit card or bank transfer.
\u2022 In case of a bank transfer the apartment will be pre-booked for a period of 7 days for receive the prepayment at the agency account (To expedite the booking please send us\u00a0by email or fax proof of bank transfer).
\u2022 If the entrance day is in less than 15 days, the reservation payment must be done immediately.
\u2022 When your order the bank transfer as a concept should indicate the name of the apartment and the name of the person who made the reservation.
\u2022 Upon receipt the payment, AIC will send you a confirmation by email with all the information.
\u2022 If we don't receive the amount in this period the reservation will be canceled.<\/p>\r\n

Remaining payment<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 The remaining 60% must be paid on arrival at the agency to hand over the keys.\u00a0
\u2022 The payment can be made by credit card or cash (amounts less than 1.000\u20ac).
\u2022 The keys are never delivered if we don't receive such payment.<\/p>\r\n

Deposit guarantee<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 All rentals must pay a deposit guarantee before to check in.
\u2022 A pre-authorization will be made by credit card (blockage of this amount during the\u00a0stay).
\u2022 The amount of the deposit will be cancelled after check that the apartment is in the\u00a0same clean condition that it has been delivered and no damage has occurred in the\u00a0apartment and community facilities of the building.<\/p>\r\n

Extras\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 Most accommodations do not include linens and towels. The agency has a service for rent them.
\u2022 During the winter, in the apartments with electric heating, electricity would be pay separately.
\u2022 The amount of the final cleaning is not included in the price.<\/p>\r\n

Other charges<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 Tourist Accommodation Tax\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

- 2 \u20ac per person per day with a maximum of 7 days.
- Exemptions: 16 years persons or less.<\/p>\r\n

Cancellation\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n

\u2022 The reservation fee will not be returned in case the customer cancels the booking.\u00a0
\u2022 If the booked apartment is not to the client's taste, the agency will not return the total amount of the rental.
\u2022 If once installed in the apartment, severe damage occur, the agency will propose an apartment of similar characteristics. In case of unavailability will be refunded the amount of the reservation less the spent nights.
\u2022 If we could not provide the apartment booked due to unforeseen circumstances, the agency can offer customers the possibility to rent another apartment with similar characteristics.<\/p>\r\n

Timetable<\/h2>\r\n

\u2022 Check in:<\/strong>
From Monday to Saturday: Check-in time will be from 10am to 1pm and from 4pm to 7pm (from June to September from 4.30pm to 7.30pm).\u00a0
Sundays and holidays: (from April to September) from 11am to 1pm.\u00a0
Note: If the check-in date coincides with the check-out of a previous reservation, check-in time will be in the afternoon.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

\u2022 Check out:<\/strong>
Check-out time will always be before 12pm. (The keys must always be returned at the office). If the keys are not returned within the time limit, there will be a penalty.<\/p>\r\n

Staying\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n

\u2022 The apartment will be delivered in perfect condition. Anomalies or deficiencies should be reported to the agency at the time of being found.<\/p>\r\n

Behavior\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n

\u2022 The client signing the contract is responsible for a correct behavior and for of all the\u00a0persons accompanying him. If this person or any companion did not behave properly\u00a0and responsibly, or cause inconvenience to other residents of the building, the agency\u00a0may ask to leave the apartment immediately, without the customer is entitled to any\u00a0compensation.<\/p>\r\n

Responsibility<\/h3>\r\n
