The minimum stay in most of the apartments is 2 nights, except for some exceptions.
In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Exceptions to confirm with the agency.
Discounts for stays longer than 10 days in some apartments: Contact the agency.

At the moment AIC informs of the availability, the apartment will be reserved when you would paid 40% of the amount of rent and when AIC receives such amount.
The remaining 60% and the deposit must be paid on arrival at the agency to hand over the keys.

Check in: The time of entry will be from 10am. to 13pm. and from 4.30pm. at 7.30pm. Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays (April to September) from 11am. to 13pm.
Note: If your check in coincides with another anterior reservation, the check in has to be from 4.30pm at 7:30pm.
In case of arrival outside office hours, it is necessary to contact the agency in advance to manage the payment and the collection of keys. Maximum arrival time is 10pm.

Check out: The departure time is before 12am. (Keys must always be returned to the office).
