It is not possible to organize parties and lunches and / or mass dinners and the like, understanding it in the broadest sense of the word) or any activity causing noise (engines, music, etc.), discomfort, bad smells or alteration of the peaceful coexistence between the rest of the neighbors of the Community.
Likewise, the rules of internal use of the common areas will be respected, and that are described in the identifying signs that are inside the enclosure of the same.
These regulations apply to all people staying in the apartment. It is not permitted to invite other outsiders en masse to make use of the common facilities causing inconvenience and inconvenience to other cohabitants in the Community.
