The house is located in the Sa Guarda area, in a very quiet area less than 10 minutes walking from the town center and the central beach.

The large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view from most rooms in the house.
The house has a mediterranean garden with a heated pool (except summer) and a large trampoline for children.
