It is located in a street a few steps from the charming and lively beach and plaza of PortDoguer with its terraces of cafes and restaurants where there is a truly unique atmosphere.
Built in the typical Cadaqués style with its slate floors and ceramic tiles, the house also has direct access to the Riba Pitxot and comprises three floors.
Ground floor (Eduard Marquina entrance):
- Large living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea and the church

Upper floor:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with sea views
- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub
Lower floor (Riba Pitxot entrance):

A fourth bedroom area with two bunk beds is located under the eaves, accessible directly from the central staircase.

Important Notes
- Cleaning NOT included.
- Not included in the price: Tourist Tax
- In winter, in accommodations with electric heating, electricity consumption must be paid separately.
- It is mandatory to throw away the trash and not leave kitchen utensils to clean on the day of departure.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
