Located just 100 meters from the beach Es Poal and a few minutes from the town center, it offers a quiet stay with the advantages to have near all the services.
The house, designed by architect Barba Corsini, represents the authentic style of Cadaqués, with white walls, stone details, slate flooring and lots of natural light.
From its terraces can be appreciated a wonderful view where the green of the vegetation mixes with the blue of the sea and the color of the roofs of the houses of the village.
The house is divided into two levels.
Entrance level:
- Living room with fireplace, dining room and terrace
- Kitchen
Lower level:
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the bathroom

Important Notes
- Cleaning NOT included.

- In winter, in accommodations with electric heating, electricity consumption must be paid separately.

In case of non-compliance with these rules, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
