Family house of 2 levels with a large furnished garden to enjoy a great holidays.
It is located few minutes from the town center, beaches and all services. It also has an entrance on a higher street where it is usually possible to park easily.
The house has a nice exterior, with a large garden that surrounds the house on the lower level and a small terrace on the upper level. The interior is completely renovated, simple but with lots of charm and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It consists of:
Lower level:
- Living room - Dining room with fireplace with sofa bed
- Kitchen
- 1 Bedroom with double bed
- 1 Bedroom with 1 single bed
- 1 Bathroom with shower
Upper level (access from outside):
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 Bathroom with shower
Garden furnished both on the lower level and on the upper level.
- The house does not include linens and towels.
- There is also the option to rent the house with only two rooms, except July and August (Ref.Lidia 2)
Important Notes
- Cleaning NOT included.
- Not included in the price: Tourist Tax
- In winter, in accommodations with electric heating, electricity consumption must be paid separately.
- It is mandatory to throw away the trash and not leave kitchen utensils to clean on the day of departure.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
